Meet Jai . . .

Hello!

I am Jai A. Darden.

I am grateful I have the opportunity to help people and businesses as a business growth advisor, professional sales trainer, speaker, and champion for those with a desire to produce great results. Those are the titles that are great conversation starters, albeit true. To put it plainly, I help businesses and individuals unleash and act on the untapped potential and opportunities that are right in front of them.

Specifically, I help businesses grow sales, revenue, and profits by assisting them in building lifelong and meaningful relationships with their customers. I also enjoy supporting everyday people in achieving their personal and professional goals through my customized coaching programs.

More than anything, I am most proud of my family. I have a beautiful wife and two amazing sons. I am a husband, dad, a friend, and just an all-around good guy, if I should say so myself.

A New Discovery . . .

I must say, I was truly blessed to have loving parents that pushed me at an early age to be all that I could be. I followed the road map that they laid out for me. They told me to go to school and get an undergraduate degree – I did that. They told me that if I really wanted to separate myself from the masses, I needed to go to graduate school. I went back to school and got my MBA. I learned a lot and more than anything, learned discipline. But something happened that would change the whole trajectory of my life.

While working fulltime in my career, I was exposed to and began participating part-time in the Networking Marketing business model. Without realizing it, I had begun applying Network Marketing principles that I learned in this part-time venture to my daily corporate management job. As a result of using those core principles, I quickly became recognized as a high producing and performing manager. My performance produced quick business performance turnarounds, years of consecutive year over year double –digit business growth, and loyal customer bases. More importantly, I was recognized as a People Developer and was respected for producing cultures of success.

I was able to achieve this within different industries and Fortune 500 companies such as Office Depot, Inc., Barnes & Noble, Inc., and JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. As a Vice President with JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., I received the prestigious National Top Manager Award twice and was interviewed by the JP Morgan Chase News Source Publication, (reserved for the Top 5% P&L performing managers).

The Challenge . . .

One day, a prominent client of the bank walked into my office and asked for help. While I was on the phone getting help for the gentleman, he looked over at my credenza and saw a mug sitting there. He asked me if I believed what was written on it. I answered, “Of course; I bought the mug.” He asked me again; I gave him the same answer. He asked for the third time by which now, I was growing weary and frustrated. I answered, “Yes, I believe it.” He said, “No you don’t. If you believed it, you would not be working here. I have been watching you for some time. You are a solid leader and you have built a great culture here. I have gotten more done here with you in 15 minutes than I have in 2 weeks elsewhere. Your team cares about people, they want to build relationships, and I feel it. You set the tone Jai.”

Then he laid out the challenge. He told me that I could impact more people on my own. He told me that I should consider going out into the world and seeing how many people and companies I could help. He said, “I believe in you.” He stood up, shook my hand, and walked out of my office. A stranger had that much confidence in me.

I sat there in my office quietly for over thirty minutes. I stared out of the window thinking, watching the people walk by. I wondered if I had what it took to do it. You see, little did he or anyone else know that I was already having an internal struggle about launching my own consulting business. After an incredible supportive conversation with my wife, I made the decision to jump!

I left the cozy corner office and took the leap of faith. Here I am world!! I have something to say and much to give.

Oh…..what did the mug say?, “If you do not shape your world, Someone else will”.

What did I do about that Challenge?

I have taken all that I have learned throughout my career in the corporate world, and have leveraged it into a business that is impacting people and organizations.

For over 14 years, I have shown businesses and organizations how to increase revenue by establishing long-lasting relationships with their customers and clients. I have become a welcomed and trusted advisor to many CEOs and Executives and frequent the board rooms of some of the most successful and influential companies in the country. I have advised organizations with more than $2 billion in total assets, showing them ways to increase their revenue while growing their overall impact in the communities they serve.

Because of my business success, I am sought out by people who want to know how I did it. They want to know how I used my knowledge from my career and created a profitable business with it.

I have a passion for helping people who are looking to tap into their God-given talents.

I couldn’t NOT help them, so I have begun aiding individuals with years of expertise and knowledge from storied careers do what I have done.

I assist them in creating profitable businesses based on their experience and expertise.
